Will QuoteBuddi replace my service advisor?
No. QuoteBuddi answers the "how much for…?" questions. That gives your team more time for customers who are ready to come in.
How accurate are the quotes?
QuoteBuddi uses your shop's own prices, so it quotes the way you do. Every quote is marked as an estimate. If a car needs to be looked at in person, QuoteBuddi says so.
What if a customer doesn't know their VIN?
No problem. The year, make and model work great. If they have the VIN, QuoteBuddi reads it to get details like the trim and engine.
Will it work on my website?
Yes, if your website lets you add a line of code. That includes WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow and most others. It takes a couple of minutes.
